1) Control, inspect, advise, plan operations, repair, modify, and maintain machinery, machine tools, equipment, pumps, vehicles, electrical systems, plumbing, and communication equipment.
2) Provide support for water management in both normal and crisis situations.
3) Collaborate with or support the operations of other relevant or assigned agencies.
